One hour in pleasant company by learning how to do a classic Italian ice cream. It begins with the group’s arrival in the laboratory, where the master gelato awaits them, providing them with apron and disposable headset. The program is a workshop production in 2 flavors typical of the area, and tasting the same, and an explanation of how to do ice cream at home. Our courses are characterized by the involvement of participants in the production, which together with the master ice cream maker, will cooperate to squeeze the lemon, the preparation of raw materials, freezing and finally, the taste of freshly produced ice cream. At the end of the demonstration, each guest will choose a cone with two flavors of ice cream.
